Senior Growth Marketing Manager
Credit Sesame is a leading financial app designed to empower consumers with confidence in their financial well-being. Using AI-driven insights, our platform helps users improve their credit health by managing credit in one place. With Credit Sesame, consumers can monitor their credit score daily, receive personalized recommendations to improve their financial standing, and find the best credit cards and loan options tailored to their needs.
In addition to our consumer platform, we recently launched Sesame, our B2B enterprise solution, enabling businesses to integrate Credit Sesame’s technology to drive growth and help their customers achieve financial success.
We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving multi-channel acquisition growth by improving full funnel metrics for Credit Sesame products. The ideal candidate has a track record of leading the strategy and execution of cross-functional growth initiatives in a results-driven environment. This role will report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing.
You’ll…
- Lead Credit Sesame’s end-to-end customer acquisition campaigns, from strategy development to planning, delivery, execution and reporting on performance metrics.
- Recruit and manage affiliate partners and optimize campaigns to maximize business ROI.
- Proactively use data, trends, market insights, and logic to develop tailored campaign recommendations and opportunities for optimizations on a weekly basis.
- Own acquisition performance and represent your work to senior marketing leaders, drive the channel strategy, and own the forecasting, roadmap, and goal setting processes.
- Recommend and implement various strategies to improve key KPIs (ROI, CPA and the lead quality) to maximize affiliate performance.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Creative, and Business Development teams to create acquisition campaigns, product launches, experiments, and always-on programs, ensuring accurate messaging, timing, and capabilities needed to execute.
- Partner with internal creative teams to explore and develop creative testing roadmap with well-defined test outlines to improve conversion metrics.

You’re a great fit for our team because…
- You have 7+ years experience running and expanding in-house performance marketing, managing large budgets and optimizations while exceeding business targets (ROI on spend)
- You have 5+ years of experience with in-platform performance channel management (e.g. Google, UAC, Apple, TikTok, Bing, Facebook)
- You possess expert-level knowledge of Excel and analytics platforms (Looker, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Appsflyer) and feel comfortable analyzing large data sets and drawing insights
- You are driven and motivated by performance and results; proactively looking for opportunities to improve and expand
- You have a strong understanding of ad attribution, tracking and A/B testing methodologies
- You are action-oriented and excellent in execution
- You bring an understanding of the mobile digital marketing space including various media buying strategies and pricing options (CPC, CPI, CPA, CPE)
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have worked at a startup or in a role where you have worn multiple hats

At Credit Sesame, base pay is one part of our total compensation package. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Credit Sesame’s equity plan. The estimated pay range for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area is $130,000 - $155,000 and outside of the San Francisco Bay Area is $115,000 - $140,000.
We have a strong preference for this role to be based in the San Francisco Bay Area. However, we are open to hiring for this role in the following states where we are set up to hire employees:
CA, CO, NC, NJ, NV, and TX.
